Log In with Your PAN Number

On the homepage, click “Login / लगइन”. Enter your PAN number in the PAN field. The system will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your PAN-registered mobile number.

Enter the OTP within 2 minutes — it expires quickly. If you don’t receive the OTP, check that your PAN-registered mobile number is active and has network coverage. You can request a new OTP by clicking “Resend OTP.”

Click “Bill Register / बिल दर्ता”

After logging in, you will see your dashboard showing previously registered bills and your lottery ticket numbers. Click the “Bill Register” or “बिल दर्ता गर्नुहोस्” button to begin adding a new bill.

Your dashboard also shows all your existing lottery ticket numbers from previously uploaded bills and any automatic entries from QR payments — useful for tracking all your entries before each draw.

Submit and Wait for System Verification

Click “Submit / पेश गर्नुहोस्”. The system automatically cross-checks your submitted bill details against the merchant’s VAT/PAN filing in the IRD database. This takes a few seconds to a minute.

If verification succeeds: You’ll see a confirmation message with your assigned lottery ticket number. Screenshot or note this number — it’s your proof of entry.

If verification fails: You’ll get an error message. See the error troubleshooting section below for the most common causes and fixes.

Save Your Lottery Ticket Number + Keep Original Bill

After successful registration, take a screenshot of your lottery ticket number confirmation page. This is your draw entry proof.

Critical: Do NOT throw away your original physical bill. If you win, you must present the original invoice at the Inland Revenue Office to claim your prize. A photo or photocopy is not accepted — the original bill is mandatory for prize claim.

⏰ Bill Upload Deadlines — Don’t Miss These

⚠️ Bills Must Be Registered BEFORE the Draw Date for That Period You cannot upload a bill after the draw for its period has been announced. If you paid cash on August 5, 2026 (Shrawan 21), you must upload that bill before Bhadra 1, 2083 (approximately August 16, 2026) — the next draw date. Bills from Shrawan 1–15 (July 17–31) could have been registered from August 2 (portal launch) up until today’s draw (August 7). After today’s draw, those period bills are closed.
